Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Takekare, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We understand that wellness products are a personal choice, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchases.

We offer a full refund for any unopened and unused merchandise that is returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact us, and we'll be happy to arrange for a reverse pickup from most locations in India.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any sale items, opened, or used products. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered.

If you receive an opened or damaged item, please refuse the delivery or contact us immediately. We will initiate your refund as soon as the product reaches our nearest warehouse, and we'll notify you via SMS and email.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders.

For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, we charge a flat fee of INR 40, regardless of the order value.

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra, by our quickest delivery partners. Please allow the following number of days from the receipt of your order:

Domestic Delivery - 7-14 business days*

All goods received must be signed for upon delivery. You will receive an SMS unless you have opted for the Do Not Disturb (DND) service.

Takekare will not be responsible for goods signed by an unauthorized person.

Takekare is not responsible for any damage to the products after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the same day or the next business day of delivery.

Return Policy

Our team at Takekare takes great pride in curating and developing our wellness products to ensure the highest quality before delivery. However, if you wish to return a product, you can follow these steps:

1. Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you have received a wrong, expired, or damaged product at support@takekare.in.

2. You can also raise a request with us using the Chat option on our website.

3. Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.

4. After we receive the product(s), we will verify it against your claim and initiate a replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.

You can return products for the following reasons:

1. Wrong product delivery

2. Expired product delivery

3. Damaged product delivery
