Once you've raised a request, please allow us 2 working days to review it.

Product Verification and Resolution:

After we receive your product(s), we will conduct a thorough verification against your claim. Based on our findings, we will initiate the replacement or refund process accordingly. Please note that replacement will be subject to stock availability.

Full Refund for Unopened/Unused Merchandise:

We will be more than happy to issue a full refund for any full-priced, unopened, and unused merchandise that is returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery. Feel free to contact us, and we will arrange a reverse pickup for most locations in India.

Reject Opened Merchandise:

If you receive opened merchandise, please feel free to reject it at the time of delivery.

Sale and Used Products:

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale items, opened products, or used products. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage that occurs after the delivery of the product to you.

Refund Process:

Once the product reaches our nearest warehouse and is verified, we will initiate your refund. You will be informed about the refund via SMS and email.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping for select products and pincodes, at checkout, please enter your pin code to find out about the minimum shipping charges you may have to pay.

For other orders and locations, we have offered the best shipping charges for the weight category for any product.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we levy the minimum amount as per location or pincode of delivery.

Delivery Partners:

All purchases made on our platform are shipped from our well-equipped warehouse located in Latur, Maharashtra. We've partnered with the quickest and most reliable delivery services to ensure your orders reach you promptly.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic Delivery: 7-14 business days for domestic delivery.

For security reasons, all goods received will require a signature upon delivery. If you haven't opted for the National Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will receive an SMS notification regarding your delivery.

Unauthorised Signatures:

Please be cautious and aware that TakeKare will not take responsibility for goods signed for by an unauthorised person.

Damage After Delivery:

TakeKare holds no responsibility for any damage that may occur after the successful delivery of your order.

Reporting Shortages or Damages:

In the event of receiving an order with shortages or damages, we kindly request that you report these issues to our customer service team on the same day or the next business day following the delivery. Your prompt reporting allows us to address and rectify any concerns efficiently.
